How to deep clean your flask:

  1. pour a small amount of uncooked rice into the flask
  2. pour in distilled white vinegar or lemon juice
  3. bung the lid back on and shake for 1 minute
  4. leave it still for 5 – 10 minutes
  5. shake well again
  6. pour out your rice/lemon mix and pour in hot water
  7. stand the flask to dry upside down
